Olivetti showroom

The Olivetti Showroom in St. Mark's Square, designed by Carlo Scarpa in 1958, features modernist architecture with glass and marble elements.

Once a typewriter display space, it's now a museum showcasing 20th-century design.

San Giorgio island

San Giorgio Island offers some of the best views of Venice from its bell tower and features architecture that’s worth exploring.

It's a peaceful escape with less crowds and easily reachable with the ferry, perfect for those wanting a quieter experience.

Fondaco dei Tedeschi

The Fondaco dei Tedeschi is a blend of Venetian and Renaissance architecture, featuring a simple façade and a central courtyard.

Renovated by OMA architects, it is now a shopping mall with a rooftop that provides one of the best views of Venice (for free - you should reserve online).

Punta della Dogana

The Punta della Dogana museum, housed in a former customs building, is a contemporary art space in Venice.

It was restored by architect Tadao Ando and now features minimalist design alongside rotating modern art exhibitions.

Campo Santa Margherita

Campo Santa Margherita in Venice offers a relaxed, authentic atmosphere, with cafes, bars, and markets surrounding the spacious square.

It's a lively spot where locals and students gather, providing a slower-paced glimpse of everyday Venetian life.
